We know that you may sometimes want to update a Project with additional (or edited) Accounts, people and keywords and run changes, rather than re-running the whole Project. Simply make your additions and changes, and hit the purple run changes button on the top centre of the page. The button has a drop-down in case you do want to re-run the whole Project.
