Designing Campaigns

We all love excited replies from our leads and customers. To get these replies, we need to send the right pitch to the right person at the right time.

How do we make the right call on these 3 decisions? QuantCopy Campaigns.

Creating a new Campaign

  1. Go to the "Campaigns" tab.
  2. On the top right, click the "+ Add Campaign" button.

The right Time

When you add a new campaign, the first thing you see is a screen that says "Leads enter campaign when...".

On this screen, you configure when does this campaign trigger. You can trigger campaigns using conditions on every single data point in QuantCopy.

Tip

A condition has 3 parts: a field, a comparison, and a threshold. For example, we want to put any lead who is a CMO into a campaign. We will create a condition where the "Role" (the field we are interested in) "is" (the comparison we are making) "CMO".

You will notice that there are 2 default conditions filled in for you:

  1. Status is Ready: This makes sure that no two campaigns go to the same lead. You can remove this if needed.
  2. Lead Last Contact > 30 Days: This makes sure that we do not reach out too frequently. Adjust this to your market.

Let's create a further timing rule, based on data we gather on your leads.

For example, we want to trigger this campaign if a lead's last update is tagged as "hosting-event".

We will create a condition where the "Last Signal" (the field we are interested in) "is" (the comparison we are making) "hosting-event".
