Problem: cutting through the noise

Enterprise sales today is absolutely crazy. Everything moves very quickly. There are new competitors every day, and in the eyes of the buyer, we are all the same.

Welcome to QuantCopy!

Enterprise sales today is absolutely crazy. Everything moves very quickly. There are new competitors every day, and in the eyes of the buyer, we are all the same.

When everybody needs to meet their targets, our prospects get a lot of noise. To get around this issue and cut through the noise, we have two options: a) send thousands of messages via email, phone, LinkedIn, and whatever channel that's trendy today, and hope that someone will respond, or b) we can personalise our outreach deeply to get the attention of the buyer.

Unfortunately, both of these options suck.

If you send 1000s of messages, it will invariably be generic, templated crap that spams your target market. It harms your reputation. It damages your brand.

If you spend a lot of time personalising, sure you will get a lot of responses. But you might not have the right timing, or the right person. You will miss activity quotas.

Solution: automate your research

QuantCopy is a bit like a robot researcher.

QuantCopy gives you the third option.

It helps you get higher conversion rates with prospects, and it also saves you time. Let's first talk about higher conversion rates. Conversion rates is driven by personalisation, relevance, and timing, so we have come up with 4 dimensions that really matter: right company, right person, right time, and right message.

How do you see whether you have these 4 rights? Well, one way is to spend hours and hours prepping for any sales call, email, or touchpoint. Read hundreds of pages of research about any prospect.

I hear what you are saying already – I don't have 240 hours a day!

This is where QuantCopy comes in. We're here to automate this research for you. QuantCopy is a bit like a robot researcher.

Imagine you have one of those, and you can tell it to go look through these 100 companies and tell me, which are the right ones to contact, which are the right people to contact, what use cases and pain points they have, etc. Then please create a Google document and present all that information for me neatly.

How it works

Searching, reading, and copy-pasting is all done for you.

Let's look at how it works under the hood.

To understand what happens in the background, let's look at how research can be done manually. Someone somewhere sitting in a room in front of a computer, doing things like adding a company name, plus a keyword in Google.

They're going to get thousands of results. And as human beings, we're probably going to go through the top four, top 10 results.

We're going to click through them, scroll through them and try to find something interesting to say, once we do find we're going to create some, a spreadsheet, and we're going to copy paste that information in there so that we can access it easily.

And that's a best case scenario, right? You won't find something every time.

When you automate this research process, you don't have this problem. Searching, reading, and copy-pasting is all done for you. Companies that have good research will automatically show up as 'high priority'. You don't need to worry about any copy pasting, keeping track of the URL that the information came from, etc.

Research AI at scale

You would be able to still hit your activity quotas, and with perfect personalization, you can also get a higher conversion rate into your target market.

We're not going to only do that for one keyword. We can do it for multiple keywords at once, and we can not only do it for multiple keywords.

Of course, we can also do it for as many companies as you want, and we can replicate those searches. So you, as a customer, what you would experience is the possibility to run millions of searches within a few clicks.

So as a screen, what you would get is here on the top left, you would get a list of all the companies that you're researching.

Then here you would get the name of the company you're currently looking at. After that, you would get a people search here.

You would put in the teams that you would normally target. And under them, you would get all of the people that work within them that have those words and their title.

After that, you will get the keyword search. Those will be the snippets that I just show you a moment ago.

You would be able to still hit your activity quotas, and with perfect personalization, you can also get a higher conversion rate into your target market.
